Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing an order. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched. I’m shipping only to the US through my website. Please get in touch with me for other international rates. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import charges, and/or any additional fees. If you purchase multiple items, I will attempt to combine shipping and refund over-payment of the shipping fee. If shipping is under-calculated, I may contact you for the additional fee.

Prints are avaliable for shipping to the US, UK and Germany with shipping included.

Returns

I’m committed to providing you with the highest quality artwork and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I offer a hassle-free return policy:

Return Period: You may return the artwork within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me at sarahshort@driftwaystudio.com. I will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.

Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, I will refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Method: Please package the artwork securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
