Tacit Print Release
Ever wonder how artists end up with print collections? Me too.
A few weeks ago, I received an email from Nuria Madrenas, founder of Tacit, an online gallery in Toronto, Canada. Actually, it was the follow-up email I opened, as I somehow missed the first one and she thankfully contacted me a second time.
We exchanged several emails before meeting each other on a video call. By the end of the next day, I’d submitted a contract and we’d decided on which of my collages she would release as an exclusive collection. I emailed her high-resolution scans and she worked her magic to get them onto her website and announced the collection on Instagram and through an email campaign. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work that quickly!
Tacit works to amplify female artists with an audience of new collectors. I’m very excited to be one of those artists. You can find them here on Instagram.
